Softblast

Description
The particles are durable and can be re-used several times. Softblast can be used successfully in cleaning operations where abrading of the surface must be avoided. Softblast will not mar the original finish or crystalline base of the treated surface. Softblast is a non-abrasive material. It cannot damage, etch or mar metal. No masking of precision machined parts or threads are required. It can be used in conjunction with standard blast cleaning equipment. It is safe, non-hazardous, non-toxic and it contains no free silica.
Removal of hard carbon deposits from engine parts in aircraft, automotive and other industries. Cleaning of moulds in rubber industry. Removal of rust and scale from meters and brass valves. Removal of paint from metallic and glass surfaces. Cleaning of clogged and blinded wire screens. Cleaning of plaster moulds. Removal of flash from metal inserts in moulded plastic parts.
